                        A.      Council Resolution #98 of 2006 authorizing increasing the rate for delivery of Alternate Daily Cover (ADC) material to the City’s Landfill.

B.      Sidewalk Resolution #99 of 2006 authorizing the financing of sidewalks for property owners to pay for in conjunction with their taxes on the 2005 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program.      

C.      Council Resolution #100 of 2006 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same.  (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)

D.      Council Resolution #101 of 2006 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Novogradac & Company LLC of Besteda, Maryland for professional services to conduct the housing market study in the City of Auburn for an amount not to exceed $55,500, said funds available from the US HUD EDI Special Project Grant.

E.      Council Resolution #102 of 2006 directing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the temporary permit modification from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for 20,000 additional tons for deposit into the City of Auburn Landfill.
